Instructions

• All instructions and correspondence for both Personal Injury and Therapy Services should be directed to Therapeutic Lincs Head Office, 23 Main Street, South Rauceby, Lincolnshire, NG34 8QG
• Instructions should include all relevant case materials such as medical reports and general practice case notes and correspondence. Hospital records are not usually required. No X-rays are required
• Instructions for treatment will only be accepted once agreement has been reached between the relevant parties for the responsibility of our fees

Payment

• Invoices for personal injury reports should be paid within 6 months unless a deferred payment scheme has previously been arranged
• Invoices for psychological treatment should be paid within 30 days
• Any delay in payment will incur interest
